House Your Future Self

Walk into any home and you feel something before you see anything. A mood. A vibe. A presence. Your home is a mirror of your identity, your emotional world, your values, and your future. Your home can either anchor you to old versions of yourself… or guide you into the person you are becoming.

Move Into the Life Your Future Self Already Lives

Walk into any home and you feel something before you see anything. A mood. A vibe. A presence.
Your home is not just a place where you sleep, eat or work. It is a mirror of your identity, your emotional world, your values, and your future. Your home can either anchor you to old versions of yourself… or guide you into the person you are becoming.

The beautiful part? You get to choose.

Let’s explore how you can dress your home in a way that reflects not only who you are today, but also the woman (or man) you are growing into.

Step 1: Start With Awareness: Who Lives Here Right Now?

Before you redecorate, repaint, or rearrange, pause and observe.

Look around your space and ask:

  • What story does this home tell about me right now?

  • Does this place feel heavy or alive?

  • Does it feel like maintenance… or nourishment?

  • What belongs to an old version of me?

Maybe your home currently reflects survival.
Maybe it reflects stagnation. All clutter is waiting to be cleared. Maybe it reflects comfort but not growth.

This is where your transformation begins:
You do not “upgrade décor.”
You upgrade identity.

Awareness is powerful. Once you see, you cannot unsee. This is where transformation begins.

Step 2: Invite Your Future Self In

Now comes the exciting part.

Close your eyes and imagine your future self walking into your home.
The version of you who feels aligned.
The version of you who knows their worth.
The version of you who rests, creates, loves, and lives with intention.

Ask:

  • What would she choose to surround herself with?

  • What colors support her mood?

  • What textures comfort her nervous system?

  • What energy does her space carry: calm, creative, luxurious, grounded, joyful?

Write it down.
This is identity-building.

Step 3: Create Emotional Zones, Not Just Rooms

Instead of thinking “bedroom, living room, kitchen,” think in feelings:

The Renewal Zone

This space feels like peace you earned.

You enter and the air already feels softer.
The light glows instead of shouting. Fabrics feel rich against skin. The room holds warmth, calm, quiet strength. Everything in view has purpose. Everything supports recovery, softness, grounding.

Bodies relax. Thoughts slow.
Sleep arrives with grace.

This zone restores you, because your life deserves strong rest and real recovery. Here you recharge so you can rise fully.

The Creation Zone

This space breathes clarity, energy, and future direction.

A desk that feels like a command center.
A chair that supports long moments of focus.
Clean surfaces. Precise organization. Lighting that wakes the mind instead of stressing it. Inspiration visible. Tools accessible. Zero chaos. Only momentum.

You sit and movement begins.
You plan, build, process, design, study, write, create.
Thoughts line up. Decisions strengthen.
Ideas move toward reality.

This zone carries progress. Discipline. Curiosity. Power without pressure. Creativity with structure. The upgraded version of you works here with confidence.

The Presence Zone

This is your ritual space of self-respect.

The mirror area. The wardrobe area. The entry space.
Everything feels curated rather than stored.
Fragrance displayed beautifully. Jewelry with intention. Clothing chosen with clarity. Lighting that supports elegance. Objects that represent care, not habit.

Morning feels ceremonial here.
Afternoons feel refined.
Evenings feel gracious.

You prepare here with purpose.
You meet yourself here first, every day, before the world meets you.

This zone supports authority in your life, charisma, grounded confidence, emotional maturity and leadership in your own direction.

Your home becomes a living map of emotions that support your daily life.

Step 4: Surround Yourself With Meaning, Not Clutter

Clutter screams confusion.
Intentional objects speak identity.

Look at everything around you and ask:
“Does this hold meaning or does it just take up space?”

Keep objects that:

  • remind you of strength

  • hold memories that empower you

  • inspire your creativity and ambition

  • make your nervous system exhale

Release objects that carry guilt, obligation, or stale energy. Every object teaches your brain how to feel. Choose wisely.

Step 5: Design With the Energy You Want to Live In

Your environment trains your subconscious daily.
If you want peace, your home must speak peace.
If you want expansion, your home must feel spacious.
If you want luxury, your home must treat you like someone worthy of luxury, even in small ways.

Sometimes the shift is dramatic.
Sometimes it is subtle:

  • fresh flowers once a week

  • a candle each night

  • art that reflects your soul instead of your budget mindset

  • a beautiful blanket instead of “just something functional”

You do not need a mansion.
You need intention.

Step 6: Create Rituals With Your Space

Your home becomes powerful when it participates in your growth.

  • Light a candle every time you sit to write, study, or reflect.

  • Play music while you cook instead of rushing.

  • Make your bed like a promise to yourself every morning.

  • Sit in silence in your favorite corner once a day and just breathe.

Your home begins to feel alive, like a partner in your evolution.

Step 7: Let Your Home Evolve As You Evolve

The person you are becoming will grow.
And your home can grow with you.

Rearrange when your life shifts.
Repaint when your heart opens.
Change when your soul expands.

Your home is a living reflection of your journey.

Home is energy.
Home is identity.
Home is a declaration:

“This is who I am. And this is who I am becoming.”

When you consciously dress your home with intention, love, creativity, and self-respect, something shifts profoundly.

Love, Gloria

Elevate your life.

Let your home meet you there.

Life Path 11: Coco Chanel - A Mystic in Disguise

Refused anything that made a woman feel like a costume. This was her Pisces Moon softening the edges of the world. And her Sagittarius Ascendant giving her the wild courage to go against every rulebook. But what truly moved her design language wasn’t trend — It was destiny.

Leo sun, Sagittarius Rising and Pisces Moon

Born on August 19, 1883, under the royal blaze of Leo, Gabrielle Chanel entered the world with fire in her chart and mysticism in her bones.

Her Sagittarius Rising gave her that restless, rebellious edge — the wanderer, the truth-teller, the boundary breaker. She didn’t follow rules. She outran them. She dreamed in broad strokes, in big moves, in silhouettes that changed the shape of womanhood.

But beneath all that heat lived water — a Pisces Moon, soft and luminous. She felt everything. She protected herself with sharpness, but her inner world was liquid, emotional, prophetic.

She was both oracle and architect. Too fluid to be pinned down, too visionary to be ignored. She didn’t speak loudly — she transmitted.

Image: www.chanel.com

The Language of Restraint

Raised by nuns in a convent after her mother died, Chanel learned the sacred language of less. She learned to speak through silence, through black and white, through one perfect line instead of ten overworked flourishes.

Where others added, Chanel removed. She refused lace.
Refused corsets.

Refused anything that made a woman feel like a costume.

This was her Pisces Moon softening the edges of the world. And her Sagittarius Ascendant giving her the wild courage to go against every rulebook.

But what truly moved her design language wasn’t trend —
It was destiny.

Life path 11

Chanel was never “on trend.”
She was the trend — long before anyone else could see it.
That’s the quiet electricity of a Life Path 11.

Those born under this master number don’t just create.
They channel.

Life Path 11s are intuitive visionaries — sensitive, spiritual, and often misunderstood. They don’t plan. They receive. They don’t shout. They resonate.

Coco didn’t sketch to please. She designed to awaken.

She saw what was coming: not because she was watching, but because she was feeling. Every hemline, every button, every bottle of perfume was a message from the unseen.

Chanel no. 5

So when she chose the name Chanel No. 5, it wasn’t marketing — it was magic.

“Number five brings me luck,” she said.
“I always launch on the fifth of May.”

She chose it instinctively, but numerology confirms the truth:
Five is the number of freedom, sensation, movement, and the human form itself.
In alchemy, it is the quinta essentia — the fifth element: spirit.

And that’s exactly what Chanel created:
A fragrance with spirit inside.

Birthday number 19

Chanel’s birthday — the 19th — carries a karmic vibration in numerology. It combines the boldness of 1 (independence, leadership, originality) with the depth of 9 (wisdom, universal compassion, artistic soul).

This 19 Day Number made her:

  • Bold enough to stand alone

  • Soft enough to feel everything

  • Wise enough to know when to say nothing

  • Strong enough to walk through every door alone

She didn’t beg to be understood.
She owned her solitude.
Because she knew — her path was not meant to be ordinary.

Soul Attitude Number 9

Even her inner rhythm carried a deeper code.

Her Soul Attitude Number, derived from her day and month of birth (1 + 9 + 8 = 18 → 9), revealed the emotional undercurrent that shaped her creative essence — and hers was unmistakably 9.

9 is the number of:

  • The artist

  • The mystic

  • The idealist

  • The one who feels the sorrow of the world and turns it into something beautiful

Chanel wasn’t just designing fashion. She was designing healing — through refinement, through reduction, through resonance.

Her elegance was never about opulence. It was about soul alignment.

Those with a Soul Attitude of 9 are often described as “old souls.” And Chanel carried that energy fully —
creating for the future while silently holding the pain of the past.

Temple, Rituals and Symbols

Step into her apartment at 31 Rue Cambon, and you’re not walking into a home — you’re walking into a temple.

  • Lions — everywhere — her Leo totem in bronze

  • Mirrors — especially the spiral staircase, where she could observe her shows unseen

  • Camelias — sacred flowers symbolizing purity and spiritual beauty

  • Talismanic objects — crystals, statues, numbers — hidden in plain sight

This wasn’t decor. This was energetic architecture. She may never have called herself a mystic.

But mystics rarely do.

The Woman Behind the Myth

People called her cold. Elusive.
But the truth?

She had a Pisces Moon — she felt too much to show everything. She had a 19 Day Number — her power made people nervous. She lived with a Life Path 11 — so her lessons came with loneliness, but her gift was vision.
And her 9 Vibration meant that everything was personal — and sacred.

She lost. She rebuilt. She lost again. And created anyway.

And in doing so, she offered women a new mirror
One that reflected power without noise. Softness without apology.

The Esoteric Elegance of Christian Dior

When I stumbled upon Dior’s Spring/Summer 2021 Haute Couture campaign, it felt like I had just opened a portal. The atmosphere was heavy with meaning. Symbols danced in low light.

How a Tarot Campaign Sparked My Mystical Art Journey, and Revealed the Spiritual Genius Behind a Fashion Empire

My mystical art journey didn’t begin in a temple. It began with a dress. Or more precisely, with a deck of cards wrapped in silk.

When I stumbled upon Dior’s Spring/Summer 2021 Haute Couture campaign, it felt like I had just opened a portal. The atmosphere was heavy with meaning. Symbols danced in low light. The Major Arcana walked like priestesses through marble halls. It wasn’t just fashion, it was an initiation.

I remember feeling it in my chest: this is what I want to create.

Visual storytelling that channels ancient knowledge. Mystical imagery. Art that whispers to the spirit before it speaks to the eye.

That campaign didn’t just inspire me, it activated me.
It elevated my photography and film passions to another level. It became my driving force, to translate spiritual and esoteric wisdom into visual form.

And then I recently discovered something that changed my perception on the brand, in the most positive way: It wasn’t just a concept.

Christian Dior himself was a mystic.

He Didn’t Follow Trends — He Followed Signs

Christian Dior didn’t build his empire on trends.
He built it on omens. He trusted symbols. Tarot. Astrology. Numerology. Superstitions.

He surrounded himself with charms, not for show, but for alignment.

At a charity fair in his youth, a palm reader told him:
“You will suffer poverty, but women will bring you luck. Through them you will achieve success. You will make a great deal of money and travel widely.”

And so he did.

Metal Star

Years later, in 1946, while walking through Paris in a moment of uncertainty, he stumbled, quite literally, on a metal star lying on the pavement. He took it as a divine message. That star led him to the address where he would open his Maison, even though it was in a quiet, residential part of Paris, far from where couture houses usually stood.

The building wasn’t ideal.
The rooms were small. His office had to be shared with his models. But the energy was right. And Dior knew: when the universe speaks, you listen.

From that moment on, the star became his talisman. It would reappear across decades, in embroidery, design motifs, and even scent bottles. It wasn’t branding.
It was superstition at its core.

The Numerology of Dior

Born on January 21, 1905, Christian Dior embodied a soul contract that revealed itself in layers.

His Life Path Number was 1 — the Pioneer. Bold, visionary, born to lead.
A number of creation. Of charting the unseen road and walking it with conviction.

His Birth Day Number, 3, gave him charm, creativity, and artistic magnetism. The number of the performer, the storyteller, the star — those who don’t just create, but captivate.

And through the full birth date, we find a Lifestyle and Environment Number 4 — the Architect. A number of form, structure, and mastery. It’s what grounded his ethereal visions into physical houses, garments, and rituals.

Dior didn’t just dream.
He built the temple the dream could live in..

Rituals in Thread and Scent

His mother, Madeleine, was a Belle Époque beauty with a garden full of roses, a woman whose wardrobe, scents, and presence would echo through Dior’s collections forever.
As a child, he watched her float through the house like a vision. As a man, he dressed women to reflect that grace. But it wasn’t just elegance. It was energetic intention.

Every collection carried symbolism. Every show began with ritual. He never launched without consulting his tarot reader. He kept a four-leaf clover, two hearts, a piece of wood, and a gold coin in his pocket. And lily of the valley, his favorite flower, was sewn into the hems of his garments — a fragrant invocation for luck and purity.

This flower became his signature scent. In 1956, he commissioned Diorissimo, a perfume built entirely around the scent of lily of the valley, to bottle the sacred and make it wearable.

To Dior, fragrance wasn’t an accessory. It was pure magic.

Perfume as Portal

His very first fragrance, Miss Dior, launched in 1947, was named in honor of his sister Catherine, a resistance fighter who survived the horrors of Ravensbrück concentration camp.
The perfume smelled of lightness — but held the weight of survival, resilience, and rebirth.

Later came:

  • J’adore — love, exalted and golden.

  • Poison — feminine power cloaked in danger and sweetness.

  • Sauvage — wildness, primal and unclaimed.

  • Dune — the mystic’s exile, the horizon of solitude.

Each scent read like a tarot card. Each bottle carried a frequency. Because Dior understood what mystics have always known: scent travels where words cannot.

The Power of Eight

One number appeared over and over again in Dior’s life: 8.

His atelier stood at 8 Rue Jean-Goujon.

He launched his house on October 8.

His iconic Bar Jacket mirrored the hourglass of the figure 8 — the loop of infinity, karma, and sacred balance.

In esoteric numerology, 8 is the number of return and abundance: what you give, you receive. And Dior gave beauty with devotion, and received timeless influence in return.

From Resurrection to Revolution

When Dior debuted his first collection in 1947 — what we now call the New Look — it wasn’t just a fashion moment.
It was resurrection.

In a world worn out by war, where women were dressed in austerity and function, he offered fullness, softness, shape. He brought back the feminine form. He turned women into flowers again.

Some critics called it reductive. Others called it regressive. But for many women, it was a return to sensuality, elegance, and reverence.
As one fashion historian said:
“Dior didn’t just dress women. He put them back on pedestals.”

The Spell Still Speaks

Even now, Dior’s magic lingers.
Under Maria Grazia Chiuri, the House returned to its mystical roots — quite literally — in the Spring/Summer 2021 Haute Couture collection, where the Major Arcana was brought to life in silk and gold.
The Empress. The Star. The High Priestess.
Each gown a card.
Each look a message.
Each step on the runway — a ritual.

Dior didn’t just create a fashion house, he created a universe. A world where fabric, fragrance, and form became vessels for emotion, memory, and meaning.

That’s what stays with me now, as a visual storyteller and creative. The reminder to follow the signs, to treat beauty as something sacred, and to trust that the most powerful messages are often the ones we can’t see, only feel.

Dior reminds us: True inspiration doesn’t follow trends.
It comes from within. It’s timeless. It’s intuitive. And it’s always waiting, just beneath the surface,
to be seen, felt, and brought to life.

The Alchemy of Space: Listen to Your Home

The soul of a home is shaped by those who have passed through it, by the land it rests upon, by the very materials that give it form, and it has things to say.

There is a quiet power in the spaces we inhabit. It hums beneath the surface of walls, floors, and thresholds and communicates when it needs too.

The soul of a home is shaped by those who have passed through it, by the land it rests upon, by the very materials that give it form, and it has things to say. All it asks is that you pay attention.

A home is a living entity with its own presence, memory, and energy.

Across cultures and time, people have believed in the anima domus (Latin for "soul of the house"), the idea that dwellings absorb the emotions, histories, and even intentions of those who inhabit them.

Here’s how a home’s "soul" manifests and why we instinctively speak of houses as if they’re alive:

A house as a living archive

Walls absorb joy, grief, arguments, and celebrations. Ever walked into an old home and felt its past? That’s its soul whispering.

Houses absorb the vibrations of lived experience. The weight of a shout lingers in the plaster; the warmth and joy of a birthday party seeps into the floorboards. This is why certain rooms feel heavy, while others seem to hum with light, even when empty.

An old home for a large family where generations were born might radiate warmth, while a boarded-up asylum repels you; its lingering energy feels unsettling.

Objects and Memory Portals

Furniture, family photos, heirlooms, and even wallpaper can hold energy. That’s why entering an abandoned nursery might bring tears. Or a certain smell or crack in the wall can evoke déjà vu or childhood memories.

These emotional imprints act as portals, linking the past, present, and the spirit world.

Homes and Soul Contracts

A soul contract with a home is a spiritual agreement between your soul (or your family’s collective soul energy) and the consciousness of a particular space or piece of land.

Before we incarnate, some of us choose certain places as part of our soul’s evolution — places that will help us remember, awaken, heal, or initiate.

Some believe we don’t choose homes randomly. Sometimes we are sent to a space to do healing work for the land, or to restore something for the generations to come.

We’re spiritually drawn to certain places because:

  • they’re part of our healing journey.

  • the land or home has something to teach us.

  • we’re meant to transform or “clear” its energy.

Think of ancestral homes, or places where major personal shifts occur. These are often soul-aligned spaces.

Houses That "Choose" Their People

Ever heard someone say, "The house picked us"? Some homes seem to "accept" or "reject" buyers through odd instances.

For instance, one couple might feel instantly at peace the moment they step inside, like the walls themselves exhale in relief while another might experience flickering lights, doors that won’t open, or a nagging discomfort they can’t explain.

Some houses recognize kindred spirits. Others wait patiently, choosing the person who will truly listen.

Houses that Heal or Haunt

A house can feel like a sanctuary or a prison, depending on its soul. Trauma stains walls, love softens them.

A neglected house feels heavy until someone burns sage, paints the walls, and laughs and dances in its rooms.

Certain homes attract spiritual entities. This could be due to emotional trauma that occurred on the land, a portal or ley line nearby, or unfinished spiritual business (e.g. a soul lingering after death).

This isn’t always negative. Some spirits are guardians, ancestors, or watchers. Others may be “stuck” and need release through rituals, prayers, or intentional cleansing.

The House’s "Breath"

Creaks at 3 AM, the way light slants differently in October, the scent of previous owners’ cooking that lingers inexplicably.

You wake up at the same time every night, sensing movement. Later, you learn the former owner worked night shifts and always made coffee at that hour.

We don’t just live in houses; we exchange energy with them.

A home’s soul is woven from the land it sits on, the hands that built it, the material it is made of, the lives that loved (or suffered) within it, and the care (or disregard) it receives now.

A home communicates in whispers, sensations, and synchronicities. Not with words, but through felt experiences, recurring patterns, and uncanny disruptions. It’s a dialogue of energy, intuition, and sometimes outright defiance. Here’s how a home "speaks" to you.

The Home’s "No"

You keep trying to hang a painting in a certain spot, but the nail won’t stay. The frame falls repeatedly.

Finally, you move it elsewhere and suddenly the room breathes easier.

The home rejects misplaced energy. That wall may need emptiness, or the art clashes with the room’s unseen flow.

The Home’s "Yes"

A corner you’ve ignored for months suddenly calls to you. You feel compelled to place a chair there. When you do, it becomes your favorite reading nook, as if it was always meant to be.

The home highlights its natural energy vortexes. Some spots are portals for rest, creativity, or conversation.

Repetitive "Glitches"

The same lightbulb burns out in the same lamp every few weeks. You replace it, adjust wiring, even buy a new fixture—but it keeps happening. Then you realize that the lamp sits where an old house’s staircase once stood.

This can mean that the home insists on acknowledging its history. It may need a ritual (blessing, rearrangement) to settle.

Animal Behavior

Your cat refuses to enter a specific room, or always sleeps in one particular spot (like the exact center of the house). A dog might bark at "nothing" near a certain wall. Animals sense energy shifts. Their behavior maps the home’s ley lines—places of rest or unrest.

Sudden Temperature Changes

You always feel a cold draft in the hallway, even after sealing windows. A psychic visitor mentions sensing a "lingerer" there; someone who once loved looking out that window. Temperature shifts can mark architectural secrets (hidden vents, old chimneys), emotional residues, remnant spirits who remain in familiar places, etc.

Dreams & sleep transition

You dream of a hidden door in your bedroom. Weeks later, you notice a faint outline in the wallpaper, a sealed-off passage from the home’s original design.

This may be the home’s memory lingering in its bones. Dreams tap into its latent blueprint.

Object Movement

You place a vase on the mantel. The next morning, it’s on the floor intact. No earthquakes, no pets. Weeks later, it happens again.

The home may be rejecting the object’s energy or demanding attention to that space. Try rearranging or cleansing the area.

Synchronicities With Previous Owners

You paint the front door red on a whim. Later, a neighbor mentions, "The original owners had a red door too. They loved this house."

This can mean that te home approves. You’re aligning with its deeper rhythm.

Plants Thriving or Dying

A plant thrives inexplicably in a dark corner, while another withers in a sunny spot. You swap them and both flourish. The home has microclimates of energy. Plants reveal where life force gathers or drains.

How to Listen to your home

Pay attention to how energy flows, or how it doesn’t, through your space. Are there areas you avoid or always rush past? Do certain corners feel lifeless or cluttered? Do you feel uplifted in some rooms and drained in others?

These sensations are invitations to attune. They’re signals that certain parts of your home may need to be cleared, revitalized, or simply acknowledged.

By honoring these energetic cues, you begin a dialogue with your home’s essence.

Keep a home journal.
Note oddities, dreams, and
"gut feelings" about spaces.

Begin keeping a sacred home journal, not just for repairs or décor plans, but for the subtle language your home speaks. Record anything unusual: flickering lights, recurring chills in one spot, a room you avoid for no reason, or unexpected emotions that surface when you enter a space.

Jot down dreams involving your home or any symbols that arise during sleep connected to certain rooms or energies.

Pay special attention to gut feelings, even subtle discomfort or attraction to certain areas. Over time, patterns may emerge, revealing emotional imprints, ancestral energy, or spirits of the land.

This journal becomes a map of your home’s soul and how it's mirroring your own.

Trust friction. If something feels off, it probably is.
The home is nudging you toward change.

When you feel irritation, discomfort, or avoidance in a certain space, don’t ignore it. That “friction” - whether emotional, physical, or intuitive - is often your home signaling that something is out of alignment.

It could be stagnant energy, an unresolved memory, clutter holding old emotions, or something in your life that’s ready to shift.

Rather than forcing it, listen to the tension.
Move an object, cleanse the space, open a window, change a room’s function.

Your home is a mirror of your inner world. When something feels off, it may be your space gently inviting you to grow, just as it is growing with you.

Ask your home what it needs

You can ask your home what it needs. This can be done in a moment of stillness, in meditation, or even aloud: “What do you want to become? What do you need from me?”

The answers may come in unexpected ways, like an image, a memory, a sudden impulse to bring in a particular plant, to move a piece of furniture, or to let go of something that no longer belongs there.

Let your body sense what each space wants: more light, less clutter, a plant, a rest. This intuitive response is your home guiding you toward alignment, toward what it wants to be, in harmony with your soul.

Treat your home as a sacred companion. Offer gratitude for the way it holds and shelters you. Light candles, burn herbs, place symbols of protection or beauty in key places.

These small rituals infuse the space with love and intention, and homes that are acknowledged and honored in this way tend to soften and bloom.

Energetic cleansing & purification of your home

Energetic cleansing of a home is the sacred act of releasing stagnant, heavy, or residual energies that accumulate in a space over time. Just like dust gathers on surfaces, energetic residue builds up from arguments, grief, illness, visitors, past inhabitants, etc.

Without regular clearing, this energetic debris can subtly affect your mood, relationships, sleep, focus, and overall sense of well-being.

Signs your home needs cleansing

- Feeling drained, anxious or heavy for no reason.

- Certain areas feel cold, dark, or “off”.

- Experiencing restless sleep, conflict or emotional heaviness.

- Plants struggle, things break frequently, or clutter feels “sticky”.

- After guests leave, illness, loss, or major life transitions.

Here are some ways to cleanse your home. Use what aligns with your intuition.

floor-washing spell

You’ll need a bucket of warm water and a few capfuls of Florida Water. It is optional to add more things, for instance a handful of salt or essential oils.

Pick a quiet moment, only you and your intentions. Cleanse your energy and ground yourself before you begin.

Prepare the water and speak over it, infusing it with your intention. Then mop the floors from inside the rooms towards the doors. Speaking your intentions, singing your intentions or whispering them while mopping the floors can elevate your spell.

ONIONS

Onions absorb energetic toxins, stagnant emotions, curses, negative thoughts or trauma held in a space.
To purify your home, cut onions in half and place them around the home, especially in corners or rooms that feel heavy, near entrances or thresholds, under beds or furniture where emotions might have “collected”.

Leave them for 1 to 3 days (or until it starts to dry out or smell), then dispose of them outside the home, preferably by burying or placing it in the trash far from your door. Onions absorb spiritual and emotional residue, and once full, they can begin to decompose and release what they’ve taken in.

SALT

Salt absorbs and neutralizes dense or discordant energy. Just as it draws moisture from the air, it can also "draw out" energetic residue: emotions, stress, conflict, or spiritual debris left behind in a space.

Placing small bowls of salt in the corners of rooms is a way of energetically detoxifying a space. Sprinkling it across thresholds or windowsills repels harmful energy. After a difficult conversation, illness, or heavy emotional experience, salt helps reset the energy to neutral.

SMOKE

Smoke-cleansing or smudging is used to clear stagnant, discordant, or heavy energy from your living space. The smoke acts like a spiritual cleanser, reaching into corners, cracks, and unseen places to gently lift and dissolve negativity.

Burn dried herbs such as sage, rosemary, mugwort, cedar or palo santo (ethically sourced only). Waft the smoke into corners, closets, under furniture, especially stagnant places. Open windows so the old energy can leave.

SOUND

Sound shifts frequency immediately, especially in tight or “stuck” spaces.

Use bells, chimes, or singing bowls to break up stagnant energy.

Steady drumming or shaking a rattle activates the element of fire and moves energy quickly. It’s especially good for cleansing after conflict, illness, or emotional release.

Chanting sacred sounds like “OM,” “AH,” or “HU” creates vibrational waves that harmonize the energy field of a home.

Play sounds or music of a high vibration. Specific tones such as 528 Hz (healing), 396 Hz (liberation from fear), or 417 Hz (clearing negativity) can be played through speakers or sound healing tools to subtly recalibrate your environment.

Your own hands are instruments. Clapping in corners and near doorways breaks up heavy or stagnant energy, especially when combined with strong, focused intention and breathwork.

Allow your home to evolve with you

Finally, allow your home to evolve with you. As you grow, heal, or shift directions in your life, your home may begin to feel different and that’s natural. It may call for more simplicity, or more color, or a different use of space. A corner that once stored forgotten items may want to become an altar. A guest room may want to be a writing space. Listening and responding to those nudges is part of the spiritual relationship you build with the space.

Your home, then, becomes an extension of your spirit. It is not just where you live, but where your soul breathes. To listen to your home and help it become what it wants to be is to honor that sacred partnership to allow space, energy, and life to flow between you in mutual care and becoming.

When we begin to treat our home as an entity with its own soul, we unlock a deeper form of alchemy; one where space and spirit become co-creators.

To weave mystery, meaning, and magic into your home is about presence. It is about asking more often, “What are you telling me?” and trusting the answers that rise.

A good cleanse, some laughter, sunlight, or its original wooden floor. It is about tending your space as you would a sacred relationship — with listening, reverence, and love.

From my heart to your home,
Love Gloria

I’ll always be grateful for one of my sister-besties sending me this video. She knew exactly what it would do to me. I pressed play, and within minutes, I felt it.
Fresh air. A long exhale. Not from pain, but from recognition.

Director Cole Brown

As an Afro-Caribbean European woman, I rarely see this kind of storytelling, especially not in European media.

This Ralph Lauren campaign, set in Martha’s Vineyard’s historic Oak Bluffs, wasn’t just fashion. It was legacy. It was softness. It was a visual remembrance of Black wealth, community, and generational ease, a reality too often erased from public narratives.

This Ralph Lauren campaign, was created in partnership with The Cottagers Inc., The Martha’s Vineyard African American Heritage Trail, The Martha’s Vineyard Museum, The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture, and advisors at Morehouse and Spelman Colleges.

The campaign wasn't just about fashion. It was about framing.

Oak Bluffs: The Hamptons of Black America

Oak Bluffs, a neighborhood on Martha’s Vineyard, has long been a sanctuary of Black affluence, pride, and intergenerational legacy. It was one of the few places where Black families, many of them doctors, lawyers, educators, and artists, could buy land, build summer homes, and create a life of softness away from white surveillance.

This place is not just geography. It’s symbolism. Where Black elegance was not exceptional, it was expected.

And this is the world Ralph Lauren captured in his filmic tribute. Not through words, but through mood. Through linen suits, soft light, and multigenerational presence.

What we witnessed was frequency. A transmission of a truth we rarely see in mainstream media:

Black people have long lived lives of beauty, grace, wealth, and intention.

“This collection is about sharing a more complete and authentic portrait of American style and of the American dream, ensuring stories of Black life and experiences are embedded in the inspiration and aspiration of our brand.”

The campaign, styled with white patchwork dresses, silk wraps, and Morehouse blazers, was photographed by Nadine Ijewere and featured an all-Black creative cast. Students, faculty, alumni. Real stories, real faces.

This wasn’t Blackness adapted to a brand. It was the brand bending toward Black legacy.

A Frequency of Legacy

Spiritually, this campaign felt like an energetic remembering. It didn’t scream — it whispered.

“You are not behind.”
“You are not starting from scratch.”
“You come from legacy.”

The visuals, from waterfront family walks to curated interiors and heirloom jewelry, evoked not only wealth, but wholeness.

A visual answer to a question many of us carry:
“Is there a version of Black life that isn’t rooted in struggle?”

Yes. And it's always existed.

The presence of elders. The weight of inherited values. The beauty of stability. It reminded me that softness is not a trend, it is ancestral memory resurfacing.

Why This Story Matters — Especially in Europe

Watching this from a European lens, the absence is clear. Where are our Oak Bluffs? Our institutions of inherited Black luxury and visibility? In many parts of Europe, Black excellence is often framed as new, exotic, or rebellious.

But this film reminded me:

Black affluence is not a contradiction. Black leisure is not rare. It’s simply underrepresented.

As someone raised between cultures, I often longed for imagery like this, of belonging, ease, structure, legacy. A community that isn’t surviving, but rooted.

And this campaign gave us that. It gave us permission to reimagine.

What Ralph Lauren Got Right

Ralph Lauren’s campaign wasn’t about struggle, it was about standard. It made me feel like we deserve to live in a world where Black legacy isn’t a surprise. It’s just understood. The campaign’s name says it all:
“A Portrait of the American Dream.”

And for once, that portrait included the African American. Not as a footnote, but as the standard. It expanded what the American dream could look like. Who it could belong to. And how style can be a tool of both resistance and reclamation.

Final Reflection: This Is What Belonging Looks Like

This wasn’t just a campaign. For me, it was a vision I wish I grew up with. One I hope the next generation expects to see. One that made me feel like home exists, even if I haven’t lived there yet.

And that is what Oak Bluffs holds:
A living altar of Black excellence that never needed permission.

So step into that softness.
Lead with that legacy.
And style the future, beautifully.

The Magic of Dressing: Align Your Style with Your Sun, Rising, Venus, and Mars Signs

When you start dressing intentionally — aligning your style with your Sun, Rising, Venus, and Mars signs — you don’t just change how you look, you change how you move, how you attract, and how you manifest.

Your wardrobe is more powerful than you think.
It’s not just about looking good, it’s about feeling aligned. Magnetic. Purposeful. Activated.
Every outfit you put on shifts your energy, either dulling your light… or amplifying it.

When you start dressing intentionally — aligning your style with your Sun, Rising, Venus, and Mars signs — you don’t just change how you look, you change how you move, how you attract, and how you manifest. This is the magic of dressing with cosmic alignment.

Why Your Birth Chart Holds the Keys to Your Style Power?

In astrology, different parts of your chart rule different frequencies of who you are:

  • Your Sun Sign is your core essence — dressing like it reconnects you to your identity and power.

  • Your Rising Sign is your aura — dressing like it enhances your natural presence.

  • Your Venus Sign is your magnetism — dressing like it activates beauty, self-love, and attraction.

  • Your Mars Sign is your drive — dressing like it awakens confidence, boldness, and sexy action-taking energy.

By tuning into these frequencies, you can dress for confidence, attraction, flow, or fierce power — depending on what your day, season, or life chapter calls for.

Step One: Discover Your Signs

You’ll need your date, time, and place of birth.
A free birth chart calculator (like Astro.com or Cafe Astrology) will reveal:

  • Sun Sign → Who you are at your core

  • Rising Sign (Ascendant) → Your first impression energy

  • Venus Sign → How you attract love, beauty, and abundance

  • Mars Sign → Your ambition, sex appeal, and take-action energy

Step Two: Align Your Style with Your Intention

Every day, you can choose: What do I want to feel? What do I want to attract?

Dress Like Your Sun: Embody Your Core Power

Your Sun sign is your personal flame — your natural confidence, joy, and identity.
When you dress like your Sun, you feel like you. You walk taller, speak clearer, live fuller.

Style Tip: Wear outfits that make you feel most alive, colors that uplift you, pieces that remind you of your unique gifts and purpose.
Perfect for: days when you need to reset, reconnect, or shine in your authenticity.

Dress Like Your Rising: Own the Room Effortlessly

Your Rising sign governs your social glow.
Dressing like your Rising feels easy because it reflects how people already see you — it softens social friction and amplifies charisma.

Style Tip: Lean into the colors, silhouettes, and energies of your Rising. This is the style that will always feel natural and make you instantly magnetic.
Perfect for: first impressions, networking, interviews, or any time you want your energy to flow with ease.

Dress Like Your Venus: Turn On Your Magnetism

Your Venus sign is your love language in motion — the sensual, attractive, magnetic version of you.
Dressing like Venus invites pleasure, romance, beauty, and a sense of being adored.

Style Tip: Embody your soft power: choose fabrics that feel good, colors that make you glow, and outfits that activate desire and self-love.
Perfect for: date nights, creative days, self-care rituals, or any time you want to magnetize beauty and abundance.

Dress Like Your Mars: Activate Your Inner Fire

Your Mars sign is your drive and raw power.
When you dress like Mars, you embody confidence, boldness, and a don’t-mess-with-me energy.

Style Tip: Think statement pieces, strong colors, and outfits that make you move like a leader.
Perfect for: big meetings, launches, power plays, or when you want to feel irresistible and get sh*t done.

Step Three: Dress Like the Energy You Want to Call In

If You Want To…Dress Like…Feel deeply yourselfYour Sun SignOwn the room with easeYour Rising SignAttract love and good thingsYour Venus SignConquer, seduce, winYour Mars Sign

You’re not locked into one style forever — you get to intentionally choose your vibe. You get to wear your goals.

The Secret Power of Dressing Intentionally

When you change how you dress, you change how you show up.
And when you change your energy, you change your results.

  • Some days you need to feel safe in your skin → Sun energy.

  • Some days you need to own a room effortlessly → Rising energy.

  • Some days you want to seduce, attract, receive → Venus energy.

  • Some days you want to lead, conquer, break through blocks → Mars energy.

Your wardrobe becomes a ritual of alignment. Your style becomes a portal of transformation.

Final Invitation: Dress Like the Future You

You already have the blueprint within you. Your chart holds the frequencies of confidence, attraction, power, and ease — you just have to wear them.

Embodying Your Authentic Self in Home, Fashion, and Life

There is a sacred art in creating a life that reflects who you truly are.

There is a sacred art in creating a life that reflects who you truly are.

Divine aesthetics is about designing your environment, your personal style, and your everyday rituals to honor your unique energy and spirit. It is an intimate dance between your inner truth and the outer world you inhabit.

My frequency is my fashion.

Fire

A fire-aligned interior radiates warmth, passion, and boldness.

Think rich tones like crimson, terracotta, gold, and deep orange. Incorporate dynamic shapes, geometric patterns, and statement pieces that evoke movement and energy.

Use warm lighting (candles, lanterns, or dimmed bulbs) to create a glowing ambiance. Materials like metal, leather, and volcanic stone add strength and texture.

Artwork should inspire courage and action — abstract flames, sun motifs, or empowering symbols. This space is a sanctuary of motivation, transformation, and fierce authenticity.

Home as a Sanctuary of Your Essence

Your home is an extension of your soul. Whether your numerology or astrological makeup aligns with the element of water, fire, earth, or air, you can infuse your living space with symbols and energies that nurture and amplify your true nature.

Water

An interior for someone aligned with the element of water can feel fluid, calming, and emotionally nurturing. Think soft, flowing fabrics like silk or linen, a color palette of ocean blues, seafoam greens, silvers, and pearlescent whites.

Incorporate water features like a small fountain or aquarium or a painting or photo of a body of water to invite movement and serenity.

Curved furniture, organic shapes, and reflective surfaces (like glass or mirrors) echo water’s fluidity. Add natural elements like seashells, driftwood, or mother-of-pearl accents.

Scents such as jasmine, lotus, or sea salt enhance emotional balance, creating a space that soothes, inspires, and reflects the intuitive soul.

Earth

An interior aligned with the earth element feels grounded, nurturing, and stable. Think natural materials like wood, stone, clay, and linen. Colors are warm and muted—deep greens, soft browns, ochres, and terracotta.

Furniture is solid, timeless, and low to the ground, offering a sense of rootedness. Add potted plants, handmade ceramics, woven textures, and warm lighting to enhance the sense of calm.

Scents like sandalwood, vetiver, and patchouli deepen the connection. This space is a sanctuary of peace, supporting inner stillness, presence, and slow living.

Air

An interior for someone aligned with the element of air should feel open, light, and ethereal.

Think soft, flowing fabrics, pastel or sky-toned colors (like pale blue, lavender, ivory), and natural light pouring in through large windows.

Use transparent materials like glass, sheer curtains, and delicate ceramics. Incorporate airy textures such as linen and gauze, and bring movement with mobiles, feathers, or wind chimes. Minimalism suits this element—space to breathe, dream, and think.

Add symbolic touches like birds, clouds, or abstract art to inspire the intellect and imagination.

Choose colors and elements that resonate with your authentic frequency. Let your home become a temple of beauty, alive with scent — perhaps floral water mists, resinous incense, or earthy oils — that deepens your connection with the divine in you.

Fashion as Sacred Expression

Your clothing is your second skin, a language that speaks before words. Select textures, cuts, and colors that resonate with your soul rather than chasing fleeting trends.

It is a devotion to adornment that feels true: whether flowing silks that mirror your inner sea, structured pieces that ground you in earthy power, or airy layers that allow you to breathe and move freely.

Perfume

Perfume can become part of this ritual, a subtle aura of scent that reminds you — and the world — of your essence. Floral, aquatic, woody, spicy — let your fragrance speak what words cannot.

Authenticity:

What is You, What is Not

Learn to see what resonates with your soul and gently release what does not.

Sometimes this means saying no to trends, gifts, or objects that hold no meaning, even if others admire them. Sometimes it means editing your wardrobe, your home, or your schedule so that what remains feels like an offering to your own divinity.

"Let your walk echo your truth, your voice carry your soul, your clothes express your fire, and your home cradle the essence of who you are. Authenticity is not a choice - it's a sacred way of being."
